ORDERING:
PACKED PER CASE: Sleeves are bundled in packs of (50) sleeves and attached to a header. Sheets are bundled in packs of (100) sheets within each case. While case packs do vary with the size of the item being packed, the following are some common case quantities per item. Bouquet sleeves average 1,500 sleeves/case. Single flower sleeves average 4,000 sleeves/case. Sheets are generally packed 1,500 sheets/case. Cello Rolls are generally packed individually except for 100’ rolls which come 25 rolls per box, and 500’ rolls which come 4 rolls per box.
MINIMUM ORDER POLICY: Our specialty is custom mixed orders. We ask that when placing mixed case orders that you order at least (100) pieces by article number for sleeves and sheets. We offer discounts when ordering larger quantities.
WHAT SIZE SLEEVE DO I NEED: There is no one formula to determine the best size for flower sleeves since different types and sizes of flowers, and whether you add any type of filler, all come into play as variables.
A general rule of thumb is:
3 stem rose bunch, use 8” topped sleeve
Half Dozen: Small Roses no filler, use 10”–11.5” topped sleeves
6 stem mixed bouquet (consumer bunches), use 12”-13” topped sleeves
Small Rose Dozen without filler, tightly wrapped, use 13”-14” topped sleeve
Small Rose Dozen with filler & greens, use 16” topped sleeves
Large Rose Dozens with filler & greens, use 17” topped sleeve

HOW MANY DO I NEED: Only you can determine how many sleeves, sheets and rolls you need? If it is your first time using our products you may wish to buy the minimum order and reorder as needed. Our knowledgeable sales staff may be able to assist you in determining how many to order.
PLACING AN ORDER: You may order items by calling our office at 908-668-9500, Monday through Friday from 8:00am until 4:00pm Eastern Standard Time. You may also order anytime by faxing us at 908-668-4666 or emailing us at sales@flowersleeves.com. Your order will not be shipped until all details are finalized with one of our sales staff. Generally, orders placed on business days by 2:00pm EST are shipped the same day.
PAYMENT: Payment must be made at the time your order is placed, unless an account has been established. We accept all major credit cards, cash, check in advance and PayPal.
WHAT IF AN ITEM IS NOT IN STOCK?: It is rare that we don’t have items on our website in inventory but occasionally it does happen. If we are unable to supply you with the item you desire we can offer you comparable alternatives or put together a back-order for you.
WHY DON’T I SEE ALL THE PRICES ON THIS WEBSITE?: We discount our products based on the volume that you order. We strive to provide the best prices based on your needs. We feel it would be too cumbersome to provide prices at all the different price points, therefore, please contact us with the article number(s) and quantities of interest to you and we’ll provide you with the best prices for your needs.
RETURNS: In general our policy is not to take return orders as we do everything in our power to ensure that you receive the items which will best suit your needs. If for some unforeseen reason you receive items which do not work out, we will work with you as best we can to take them back, as long as they are unused and in their original condition.
